At La fierté incarnée par un maillot, we want you to wear your team colors with pride and complete satisfaction. If your jersey doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn jersey in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned jersey, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
